Please be sure that you are registering yourself independently (i.e., don't have someone else complete this for you). This is important to ensure you receive all training and evaluation information and we have the appropriate contact information for each of our registrants.
If you own a Smartphone, please be sure to bring it to the training - we will be asking you to learn and complete select evaluation protocols on your phone. (If you do not own or carry a Smartphone we will have paper copies available as needed.)
If you do not currently have a QR code scanning application on your phone, you may want to consider installing one prior to the training date by searching for “QR Code Reader” or “QR Scan” in your app store.
When you arrive to the training, please be prepared to read our participant consent form and complete the Pre-training survey. We will begin the official training when all consenting trainees have completed this pretest.
To register for this training, please specify “1” and click "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page. Proceed to "Checkout" when complete.
